This pair of well worn silver bracelets is done with repoussé and incision work with added silver balls to the animal-head terminals which may be tiger, lion, snakes, dragon and the very popular elephant heads known as Makara. Makara is a mythic water monster combining the features of a crocodile, elephant and fish is the vehicle of the goddess Ganga and Varuna. Their magical powers relates to the fertility of water life.

This plain silver bracelet is mounted with silver knobs adhered to two flat squares and a round scalloped silver sheet of punched floral motif. The shape of the bracelet is very unique and has a great feel of ethnicity.

 This beautiful cylinder-shaped silver cuffs has three rows of silver balls on each end. The middle row is plain and recessed. A latch with a floral knob opens and closes the bracelet.

This Sindhi silver cuff has two rows of embossed work on each end. Within these rows is a recessed floral scroll pattern done in the chased and embossed method. The opening is decorated with a silver strip of diamond pattern.

 A beautifully repoussè and chased silver cuff from Gujarat, India. It is fully decorated with seven rows of floral scrolls tapering to the upper part with a row of protruding floral knobs.

This plain silver cuff is overlaid with a silver medaillon, silver petals and four one centimetre strip of silver that are die-stamped and stain with orange enamel. Both end are densely decorated with incised geometric work.

 A pair of naïvely incised silver cuffs from Afghanistan decorated with seven rows of geometric and floral motifs. They can be opened or closed by sliding a copper rod at the hinge.

This silver cuff is chiselled and chased on a fairly thick piece of silver. It has rows of alternating geometric pattern. The opening is a hinge with a sliding rod.
