Indonesia is an archipelago that is located on the equator. It stretches 5,000 km from East to West and 2,000 km from North to South. It consists of more than 13,000 islands and is inhabited by people of enormous cultural diversity.

The Marangga has the shape of two joined triangles, in a double axe head shape. Being part of heirloom treasure especially those that are made of gold, the Marangga is kept in the attic of noble houses and taken out in the light only for special occasions.
